Participation Requirements for the IT Award Competition
The IT Award welcomes applications from individuals and organizations actively engaged in innovative digital projects across Russia. Applicants must provide valid identification and proof of project ownership to qualify for entry.
Entries from projects already recognized by previous awards are eligible, provided they meet the current criteria. All submissions should include a detailed project description and relevant supporting documents in PDF format.
How the IT Award Competition Works

Step 4: Public Voting and Final Decision
Shortlisted projects are showcased on the official website, where the public can cast votes during a designated period. The expert panel then combines public votes with their assessments to select winners. Final results are announced at a formal awards ceremony.
